Room was of good size; all employees were extremely courteous, polite and assisted as needed; continental breakfast provided was not bad (especially the grits) - don't remember the lady that oversaw this area each morning but she was about her job and a very nice person, great customer service.

But TV did not work properly - you had to hold the power button for a good minute before it would come on; the carpet in the room was not thoroughly cleaned nor the upholstered furniture - stains on both chairs and sofa; you could hear other guest throughout the night; if you have to park in the back parking lot there is no rear entry door - you have to use a side door that was not secure for my entire stay - anyone could enter at any time; the fitness center that was advertised contained one treadmill, one elliptical and a weight station - all pieces of equipment were rusty - you could not adjust height of seat on weight bench for leg lifts - pins were not secure to lock weights in place; there was a nasty looking 5 gallon white bucket sitting out front next to the bench for seating that was being used as a ash can (disgusting me the most and I am a former smoker); then 3 room charges showed up on my bank account (we only reserved 2 for which I was paying) - I was told additional charges sometimes will appear when a card is swiped (something with a glitch in the system and the additional charge would drop off (is that when it's recognized by the customers and if not it goes through???). So based on my cons out weighing my pros I can't recommend this location.
